The Cabilla site brings together the beauty of rare and ancient nature, with a touch of quiet luxury. Our communal spaces are there to bring your Retreat group together over nourishing food or workshops, our Studio can be used for meditative practices and sound baths – the perfect way to unwind.

The Studio
We have an indoor multipurpose studio that can be used for movement and meditation practices, plus meetings, workshops and group gatherings.

In The Barns you’ll find The Studio: a bright, airy space that can be closed off from the rest of the communal area.
OUTDOOR ‘studio’
In our ancient woodland, down by the River Bedalder, you’ll find plenty of natural spots to fully experience the restorative powers of nature, through meditation or forest bathing.
